Telusys Customer Service Center Fees and Credit Card Transaction Rates:
Telusys does not charge an initial setup fee or a base monthly service fee for using the Telusys Customer Service Center to provide
membership and event options to members through Telusys. Telusys fees are based on a percentage of the dollar amount of individual
item sales. In addition to these fees, standard credit card processing discount rates and fees apply for all credit card transactions.

*Credit Card Processor Discount Rates fluctuate and may change over time due to changes in interest rates and other
banking factors. Please refer back to this page for up-to-date information on current discount rates and other
changes to fees and rates.
*AVS is an acronym for Address Verification Service -- the system that is in place to match a transaction with the correct
credit card holder.
*Chargebacks and Retrieval Requests refer to orders that are disputed or challenged by a cardholder, resulting in charges being reversed
and returned to the cardholder. A non-refundable penalty of $20.00 is assessed by the Credit Card Processor per chargeback.
